Tī Kōuka team in actionThe Monarch Butterfly
The monarch butterfly life cycle has been fascinating for children and parents. Three chrysalis and three caterpillars have been a great distraction. We even saw a caterpillar turning into a chrysalis thanks to the sharp eyes of Ruby T.
Monday's excitement for box construction and dominoes building had to be seen to be believed. We had been collecting boxes for weeks. The fall out area of boxes can be seen through the leaves of the swan plant, as can the children's joy. Please do not think that this is the end if being pestered for boxes. We ALWAYS want boxes.
